The Employee Assistance Program is a free and confidential resource available to employees and their eligible family members. Canopy provides professional counseling, emotional support, and practical assistance for a variety of personal, family, and work-related needs.
The Canopy app also offers tools to support your personal and professional wellbeing, including:
- Wellbeing check-ins
- Self-guided courses and exercises
- Skill-building resources
- Health coaching to help you set and achieve wellbeing goals

For confidential support through Canopy, call 800-433-2320 at any time.
For immediate emotional or mental health crisis support, call or text 988 to connect with the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If there is an immediate danger or life-threatening emergency, call 911.
